We stand behind our products, period. You will receive a proof prior to production that needs to be approved before we produce your order. If the final product matches the approved proof, we are not responsible if there is anything wrong with the artwork you approved. Here are our guidelines for returning or replacing your order:

  1. Is there a product defect? If so, we need to know within 5 business days of receipt of your order.
  2. Is there an issue with the imprint that varies from the approved proof? If so, let us know within 5 days of receipt of your order.
  3. Did you receive the wrong imprint on your product? If so, let us know within 5 days of receipt of your order.
  4. Did you receive the wrong item color or item? If so, let us know within 5 days of receipt of your order.

Please Note: Returns of custom (items with your logo or artwork) and personalized (items that have a nameplate or engraved names/awards on them) merchandise are not accepted unless authorized by a Swellness or Hello Promo representative.

Shipping

FREE tracking information! Supply us with your email address when you place your order and we will send you a copy of your invoice along with the tracking information specifically for your shipment.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Shipping costs are dependent on destination and timeline provided by the customer. An international surcharge will be applied to all Canadian orders to handle duties and levies. Additional charges will be applied to other international orders.

Rush Shipping

Rush shipping is available upon request. Additional shipping charges will apply to all rush orders. Charges for shipments outside the continental USA are subject to a surcharge. Shipping charge total will be calculated at the time the order is placed. Please call customer service at 866-864-2602 if you need your order rushed.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary per item. Please reference the production time for an idea of when your order will ship. Production times do not include transit time.
